Dear FBLA Advisers,
I am excited to share this opportunity with you. In spring 2016, KPMG launched a charitable initiative, the KPMG Future Leaders Program focused on developing future generations of women leaders. Funded by proceeds from the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit, the KPMG Future Leaders Program annually awards twenty-two top female high school seniors the opportunity to enhance their personal growth through college scholarships, a leadership development retreat, mentorship, and an introduction to golf. The program’s main purpose is to help these young women continue to build a strong foundation and instill the confidence and leadership ability they need to succeed in college and ultimately in their long-term careers.
Again this year, the KPMG Future Leaders Program will award 22 deserving female high school seniors:
- A scholarship of $10,000 per year for 4 years of college
- A pairing with an executive woman mentor for one-year
- A three-day leadership development retreat held this summer at KPMG’s new state-of-the art Innovation and Learning Center, KPMG Lakehouse, located in the community of Lake Nona in Orlando, FL
I am reaching out to you today because I know you work with inspiring young women who might benefit from this opportunity. We want the application to reach as many qualified young women as possible, and we cannot do it without your help.
Please share the below link to the online application with your qualifying young women and urge them to apply for this wonderful opportunity:
